Important limits and customer responsibilities when using the A-1 website and towing calculator.

Information—not a repair authorization.
Website content and service-request responses are general information and do not replace vehicle inspection or diagnosis. Sending a request does not schedule work, authorize a repair, guarantee availability, or create a final estimate. A-1 will confirm the vehicle, scope, timing, and price before approved work begins.
Towing calculator.
The towing calculator provides a rough A-1 planning estimate only. It is not a dispatch quote and does not order a tow. Call A-1 to confirm current availability and the accurate final price before anything is dispatched. Actual mileage, access, vehicle condition, equipment, fuel costs, closures, and road restrictions can change the total.
Google Maps features.
The site includes Google Maps features and content for address suggestions, address matching, and route calculation. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms and Google Privacy Policy. Google provides address and route data; A-1 independently calculates and presents the rough towing estimate.
Appropriate use.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass usage limits, submit false requests, or use the calculator through automated or abusive traffic. A-1 may limit or disable an automated website feature to protect customers, the business, or service availability.
Accuracy and changes.
A-1 works to keep the website accurate, but vehicle coverage, parts fitment, pricing, availability, hours, financing eligibility, and service recommendations can change. Confirm material details directly with the shop before relying on them.
